Its really simple. If you get enough sleep, you get more rest and your mind is more relaxed. Sleeping earlier and getting more sleep is highly recommended to combat stress and nicotine craving. I always find that I have more energy if I sleep between 7 to 8 hours and I can get through the day focusing on achieving what I need to do rather than seeking an energy booster from nicotine or caffeine.
